My name is Liz and I work as a police dispatcher in a fairly large county on the East Coast of the United States. In 2020 I realized that I was working too much and my job was destroying my mental health. In order to find peace and balance again, I decided to cut back on my work hours and started looking for methods that would help me achieve wellness.
