Gym Etiquette

I’m not actually going to talk about gym etiquette here, I’m just going to whine about other people’s LACK OF etiquette.

But only briefly.  And only because it shouldn’t be a thing.  I’m not talking about anything abnormal here.  I just need for people to RERACK THEIR PLATES and NOT YELL WHILE TALKING ON THE PHONE.

And I’d COMPLETELY FORGIVE you for talking on the phone loudly IF YOU WOULD SIMPLY RERACK YOUR WEIGHTS.

I am SO TIRED of going to the squat rack or the deadlift station and having to remove someone else’s set up of eighteen, forty-five pound plates.  I DON’T CARE HOW MUCH YOU CAN LIFT, PUT YOUR PLATES AWAY WHEN YOU’RE DONE.

Rude.  I get an arm workout EVERY TIME I’m at the gym just from moving these stupid forty-five pound plates around.  It sucks.  C’mon!

Anyways.

Been a very good week.  Taking a rest day today because I did a workout for the last three days and could tell my body needed a break.  (Also had a piano lesson so there were some scheduling issues.)  I’ll be back in the gym tomorrow for a lower half workout and then again on Wednesday for arms.

Been keeping my protein intake at around 135-140 grams per day and feeling pretty good.  Generally seeing some decent progress and will def have to post some photos here shortly.

The new Converses are working out fabulously and I apologize for not having a photo of them yet.  When I’m at the gym I’m working, not modeling.  lol

Working twelve hours today so not looking forward to that.  Meh.
